Growing up in a small town, my favorite place was the movie theater. Film provided a sense of adventure and wonder that was lacking in small-town life. I was hooked at an early age and wanted to tell stories of my own.

I borrowed the family camcorder to bring my visions to life. My passion for storytelling has stayed true, even though my skills have developed past those jittery out-of-focus shots of my childhood Hot Wheels collection in a car chase scene.
